Villa Anemone (84 square meters) has a sea view and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The villa has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds – and two bathrooms. There is also a united spacious room where the living room and the kitchen are located with access to both rear and front terrace, where you can relax under the pergola admiring the view or walk in the blooming garden.

Reservation Policy
- 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking.
- Full payment 14 days before arrival.
- Security deposit € 300 must be paid upon arrival.
- If any serious damages occur they will be deducted from the security deposit, otherwise it will be returned at the day of departure and after the villa has been inspected.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
