Villa Iris (94 square meters) is a two floor villa with a sea view and can accommodate up to 4 guests. In the ground floor there is a united spacious room, where the living room and the kitchen are located. A hall way leads to the first bedroom (one double bed) with its bathroom. From here you can access the outdoor areas, where you can relax under the pergola in the terrace, while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and the garden. The indoor stairs lead you to the second floor where you can find the second bedroom with its own bathroom. This bedroom has two single beds and its own terrace with a view to the sea and the nearby villages.

Reservation Policy
- 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking.
- Full payment 14 days before arrival.
- Security deposit € 300 must be paid upon arrival.
- If any serious damages occur they will be deducted from the security deposit, otherwise it will be returned at the day of departure and after the villa has been inspected.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
